Fixed scope, agreed up front
1 — Scope the work
You describe the outcome. I come back with what's included, how long it takes, and what it costs. No discovery invoices, no open-ended timesheets.
2 — Agree and start
Written scope, committed dates. Tier 1 work can usually start within days; advisory engagements typically begin within two weeks.
3 — Deliver and hand over
Work is delivered remotely with regular written updates. Everything produced is documented so it stays useful after the engagement ends.
